Ridgewood High School does pride itself on its history of championships and states titles but it borders on excessive CITATION?. The school almost focuses too much on sports rather than academics. Also, they have a theater company called New Players Company where students perform reproductions of Broadway plays and musicals.
The Ridgewood Public School system provides transportation for students below high school level whose parents work and are not able to get their children to school on time. However, once in the high school, you are only eligible for transportation if you are two or more miles from the school, regardless of guardian situation.
